Our Active Breakfast
On Friday 21st November the Health Committee organised an Active Breakfast. Members of the committee visited every class in the days before the breakfast and encouraged the other children to travel to school in an active way. They also collected information on the morning of the breakfast which told them how people had travelled to school. Unfortunately it was a wet, foggy day but a great effort was made throughout the school.
The responsible attitude of the Health Committee members ensured that the breakfast ran smoothly. They served the food and the drinks to the other children; checking everyone was happy and enjoying themselves. They also took charge of cleaning up afterwards. We had lots of healthy fruit, yogurt and fruit juice and everyone had a great time.
